I make smoothies pretty frequently for the children and I. The man in my life isn’t such a fan, he isn’t into things that contain yoghurt or that are creamy. My children however, consider smoothies a treat, which they are, but they are a relatively healthy treat. This is one I haven’t made since last year, as fresh mangoes need to be in season.
