This fall, I did a French Cooking Course at George Brown College. The concept of the cooking courses at the institution is that the Chef cooks about 3 to 5 recipes per class and then we cook about 2 recipes in the lab. The food is provided by the school. Last Monday was my last class and we were supposed to have to roast a
duck per person. However, because half the class was missing, I ended up leaving the class with 2 whole ducks! I was a happy girl :).
