  Lamb for Easter. Perfect! The family Easter party was on Saturday and we fed them sandwiches and potato salad but on Sunday, Aunti Miranda and I sneaked away for an impromptu late Easter evening dinner at Outback. Made sense to us and it was yummy: great food and even better conversation.   (Holli eyeballing me over her egg cache.  Didn't they do a great job?)
