I was practically giddy with excitement when I opened a bag of Easter M&Ms this past weekend to put in cookies.  M&M cookies are really nothing special, but these pretty pastel colors just made me so happy!  I love using M&Ms in cookies during the appropriate holiday seasons – I just think they are fun and cheerful.  And people who don’t normally even eat M&Ms will eat them if they are in a cookie.  I also loved how some of the M&Ms had little chick figure (...)
