1 Cup Sliced or Diced Mushrooms

2 tbsp Sambel Olek (Chili Paste)
 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Tbsp Rice Wine
2 Tbsp Fish Sauce or 1 tsp Kosher Salt
