I commute every week from my home and become the city girl. The downside is that it leaves me less time to bake but the upside is that it gives me a larger group of people to bake for. Sundays has now become my baking day in preparation for returning back to the city and the 9-5 grind. Baking for me has never been a chore, more a relaxation and I much prefer to try something different every week. As the project team has grown, so has how much I bake, but that is my choice to do so and I love it. (...)
