This Finger Chili, Ham and Cheese spring roll became one of the pulutans last saturday during “Chika Night” [girltalk night] with my cousins. Pulutan here would mean finger food to accompany beer or liquors.This is very easy to do and would also make a good appetizer. The dipping sauce is Honey-Mustard Sauce.
