I wanted a tasty meal that would be easy to make. I marinated some flank steak using my carne asada marinade, caramelized some onions, shredded some cheese and made fresh guacamole and salsa. I can’t tell you how easy and delicious these quesadillas were. We loved the sharp cheddar with the tangy steak and creamy onions - the flavor combination was amazing.
