I’ve made this cake twice in the last month.  It is pretty much perfect in so many ways.  For one thing, it takes practically no time to come together.  You melt chocolate and butter together, stir in sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder.  And as I just alluded to – it only has five ingredients.  As a bonus, it keeps well for days, and even improves with age as it sits – meaning it’s perfect for making ahead.  It’s rich and will feed a crowd, as each person only nee (...)
