Wintertime is the time when I start craving a bit heavier food. Summer´s fruit salads and “must-have-ice-cream-now!” are long gone. Same goes for autumn´s pasta dishes with mushrooms and apple pies. Now I want the real thing. The sort of stuff that fills you with spicy comfort and keeps you warm through cold weather.
