Friday inspired me to make
batchoy which I haven’t had for over 20 years and this is the first time I made the dish. I topped the egg noodle soup with strips of precooked beef, pork, chicharron, lechon kawali, fried shallots, fried garlic, chopped chives, and calamansi juice. Sarap!
