Fried Squid Rings

Ingredients
400 g
squid, cleaned2 eggs, lightly beaten2 tablespoons milk, liquid2 cloves garlic, crushedPinch of ground black pepper1 sachet

Coating Mix2 cups vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Cut
squid into ½ cm thick
rings.
In a bowl, combine, eggs, milk garlic and pepper.

squid rings in egg mixture, drain off excess, and then toss in the
