I cannot get enough of
fried tapioca. This time I am coating the
tapioca with rice flour and regular flour and bind them together with some water.Unlike in my previous posting of the
fried tapioca, I fry the
tapioca coated with dry spices and flour.For this recipe, I try to keep the
