Fruit Cocktail Cake by Zuraida

To celebrate a special Valentine’s day today, I bake a fruit cocktail cake. I used a ready to use cake mix with brown sugar.All I have to do was to add 3/4 cup water, 3 tablespoon olive oil and 2 egg into the flour.I gave the mixture a good 70 strokes using a whisk.I grease a loaf pan and pour half of the mixture.Then I layered it with the bown sugar and the drained fruit cocktail evenly.Pour the last half of the mixture.Sprinkle some of the fruit cocktail at the top and top it off with (...)
