Pooja, has made this perfect accompaniment, a
raita, which she says is a
fusion between Indian and Italian. Yogurt, some vegetables, coriander, all tossed in a dressing, chat masala etc. You can get your imagination running to see how delectable this
raita could taste.
Goes well with almost all main courses like biriyani, naans, roti’s etc. Well I can even think of it as a dip with some oatmeal crackers!.
