Having a made a nice-sized amount of garam masala blend lately, I’ve been looking for ways to use it.  The spice blend will lose its potency in a couple of months, and I’d like to use it when it’s as fresh as possible.  Maryann, over at Finding La Dolce Vita, mentioned that she was marinating chicken in yogurt and garam masala.  Enough said.  I’d made a chicken rice pilaf using a Nigella recipe a while back that involved marinating the chicken in yogurt.  It was fa (...)
