I spent the last few weeks asking everyone at work if they’d ever had
bread soup. It’s one of my favorites – rich with a smooth, creamy texture and great flavor. It a hearty
soup that makes an amazing meal. But for all it’s heartiness, it’s incredibly simple – and lends itself to an array of flavors..I chose
garlic (and lots of it!), but it would be delicious with almost anything!
Garlic Bread Soup
Makes 1 quart.
