Our weather has been very changeable this month. It should be getting summery, but after a scorching weekend (OK, scorching by UK standards) we are now back to 12ºC with a brisk breeze and sudden heavy showers. All in all, just the weather for soup, but I decided to make one using some of the chorizo I brought back from Spain, to get me into the mood for going there again tomorrow.
