My
gingerbread recipe is from the Australian Woman’s Weekly Cookies Book. One thing about this recipe is it doesn’t require you to put the dough in the fridge, but I would recommend rolling it out and putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes if you find the dough gets too warm or it’s a hot day.
