Ingredients
480 g plain flour240 g powdered sugar240 ghee ( clarified butter )40 g pistachios
Method
Mix sugar with ghee , then add flour. Make a soft dough. Divide into small portions. Lightly flour the work place, tip dough onto it, and then quickly roll out lengthwise. Bring the two ends together , and then add the pistachio on top. Heat oven to 90 * C and bake for 20 minutes . Let it cool for some time and then serve.
