For the month of May, the Bake Club Challenge on Taste is for a Grape & Lemon Cake by Maggie Beer. I made the cake about a week ago and we absolutely loved it, the nicest cake I’ve made for a long time, largely due to how lovely the seedless grapes are at the moment I think, so I thought it might be nice to give to my mum and mother-in-law on Mother’s Day.
