I like sweet bun or bread rather than regular dinner roll. I still have plenty of green tea powder (matcha)left in my pantry. Since our weather is freezing cold now ,utilized oven to bake is another option to warm up my kitchen. I also play around with the dough to create different shape and pattern ,it’s quite interesting and fascinating to see the final result. Not to said this bread/bun is really moist and soft..
