End of the season here. The weather has turned and I still have a tomato plant but there is little hope of the tomatoes actually ripening. In my pursuit of not wasting any food opportunity I remembered as a child eating green tomato chutney, so it was looking at all the chutney recipes I had to see if I had one that would be just right.
