Did you know that April is National Grilled Cheese month? Well, I didn’t know that either but Kathy of Panini Happy filled me in when she hosted her first Grilled Cheese Pageant. And of course I had to enter again this year being that Grilled Cheese is one of my very favorite sandwiches.
