I can't tell you how good this was. A perfect combination of flavours. The sweetness of the grilled mango, the saltiness of the prosciutto, the heat of the chili infused sour cream and a little tartness from a squeeze of lime. I ate it for breakfast. I haven't participated in Hay Hay Its Donna Day for awhile. However this week I'm bundle of energy as it is my week off treatment.
