Ground Dried Shrimp by The Art and Science of Food

What do you do when you have a package of dried shrimp (ebi)? I know what I do.  Take my spice grinder out from  my cabinet.  Dump the dried shrimp in the grinder and process it. Then, I keep it in a tight glass jar.
