Spicy Dried Shrimps Sambal aka Hae Bee Hiam Spicy dried shrimps sambal or more commonly known locally as “hae bee hiam” (alternate spellings: hay bee hiam/hei bi hiam) is a popular condiment in Singapore and South East Asia.
