I needed something to make for Aden’s birthday that he could take to school and share with his classmates, so when the latest issue of Donna Hay turned up in the letterbox I decided to try her double chocolate cupcakes. Now I know they are for school but there is always one that doesn’t quite work or accidentally breaks (oops), so I did sneak a taste. They are good. They taste like brownies only lighter in texture.
