Happy St. George’s Day, everyone!! St. George is the patron saint of England—of George and the dragon fame—and his cross forms the flag of England.  It’s only in recent years—as far as I, as a Scot, can tell—that people have wanted to celebrate St. George’s day, so there isn’t really a traditional celebratory meal.  So, to help celebrate… here are some double-vanilla St George’s day cupcakes!
