Awesome poster by Claire Today, November 1st is world vegan day! To celebrate, I organized a vegan potluck! I made mini brownies from Babycakes cookbook and instead of throwing the chocolate chips in them, I melted them and covered the tops of the brownies with chocolate! I also made cupcakes, again using a babycakes recipe. I really love this book! If you like baking healthy, you should get this book!
