Ingredients:2 1/2 pounds baking apples*, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup light brown sugar2 tablespoons butter, cubed1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon nutmegdouble
