Heirloom Apple Pie by Coconut & Lime

Ingredients:2 1/2 pounds baking apples*, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup light brown sugar2 tablespoons butter, cubed1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/8 teaspoon nutmegdouble pie crust (I used cheddar-black pepper) Directions:Mix all of the ingredients together.
