This has been one of those weeks where I haven’t done much cooking. Last Wednesday we went out for dinner with our neighbours. Thursday I had a craving for a hot dog, so, on the way home from work. I stopped and pick up European wieners and a baguette. TIP: If you are like me and you don’t like regular hot dog buns, try cutting a baguette to size. Most baguettes will yield three buns.
