35 g ready made bak kut
teh spices600 g chicken, cut into small pieces8 dried Chinese mushrooms1 tablespoon wolf berries2 whole heads of garlic cloves4 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon thick soy sauceSalt and pepper to taste4 stalks coriander cut into 3 cm lengths
Method
Soak dried Chinese mushrooms to warm water, till soft, approximately 20 minutes. Drain.
