Hello, everybodeeee (said in best Grover voice)!!!!!! Here (above) is some lovely Itiakiet Stew and Cornmeal Griddlecakes. The stew came out pretty salty. Like, that is not a euphemism. And I only used 1 t salt, geez! If I make it again, I would probably double this and stuff. Here’s what I did; 1 can kidney beans1 T canola oil2 cloves garlictidge chili garlic paste2 t cumin1 T tomato paste1/8 t cayennepinch citric acid2 T peanut butter1 t salt2 C water Blend ever thing.
