Now this is the way to enjoy bananas! I found these Banana Boats on Stephanie Im’s wonderful blog Lick My Spoon. These banana treats are great for summer days when you fire up the grill. The ease of preparation is amazing. Simply, slit the banana open lengthwise, fill with your favorite toppings, place on foiled lined grill, close grill and heat until all toppings are melted, and ENJOY!
