blood sausage sort of just happened. It wasn’t long ago when I was flicking through the River Cottage Cookbook I happened to see a
blood sausage recipe or three. My first thought was “wow, I haven’t had
blood sausage in ages”. My second was “yep, there was a reason for that”.
As with almost everything not all
