Pasta making is something that I have been wanting to try for a while now but had never got around to buying the equipment and doing it. So I finally made it to a shop that stocked pasta machine’s and bought myself one. Nothing fancy or too expensive, but it does the job. Then to find a recipe, I didn’t realise that pasta could just involve 2 ingredients, flour and eggs! For every 100 grams of plain flour there is 1 egg.
