I have never made a
sponge before. It’s one of those things that I’ve just kept putting off. You hear people talk about how careful you have to be, the ingredients need to be just right, it’s so easy for it to go wrong.
Well I took the plunge today, am I allowed to say I don’t know what all the fuss was about? It wasn’t anywhere near as hard as I thought it would be. Maybe it was just dumb luck? Either way, my
