Ingredients:2 lbs chicken
wings (separated at the joint and wing tips clipped off)2 cups
Buffalo Wing sauce* 2 tablespoons Wondra flour1 teaspoon cayenne peppersalt pepper
canola oil for frying
to serve: blue cheese dressing and celery sticks
