Real Food Challenge.” Jenny at Nourished Kitchen got 900 people to agree to try eating only “
real food” for 28 days: no refined oils, white flour, sugar, low- or skimmed-milk products, margarine, processed cheeses, refined salt or dried pastas, and no factory-farmed meat.
