There are presently over 200 recipes in The CookMobile archive and if one was to ask which of the 200 plus tops my list, I would readily acknowledge chicken with 20 cloves of garlic as it. Easy to make? Sure. Good to the last bite? Definitely. But it is not really its ease of preparation or its delightful flavors that makes the dish my favorite. It is its significance.
