For some weird reason, I never remember that I really do like
Irish Soda Bread. Until I make it. And eat some, warm from the oven, with a smear of butter. And then I wish I made it more often.
But it seems to be one of those holiday things. I pretty much only have roast beef and Yorkshire pudding ON CHRISTMAS. And we just don't go around roasting a turkey unless it's THANKSGIVING. Corned beef is lovely - but I only make it on March 17th, and I got star (...)
