I’m at it again. Trying yet another bread recipe. I am bound and determined to win the battle with whole wheat bread! All of my ingredients have been replaced with fresh stock. I’ve done my homework, gotten feedback from King Arthur Flour, went back to Red Star yeast and have prepared myself for bread making.
