Have you ever prepared a chocolate chip cookie recipe that came out as flat as a pancake? I’m talking so thin, when you hold it up you can see patches of light coming through. I have recently and I was quite disappointed because I thought they were going to be nice and soft and chewy. Instead, they came out wafer thin. I didn’t even bother taking pictures of them.
