Since one of my goals again this year is to lose weight and be healthier. I am planning on an
exercise regimen. Yup, you read it right. If you don’t believe me, I’m going to repeat it for you, I am planning on an
exercise regimen. I may start next week or next month depending on my mood. I’m going to do a daily regimen, if I can. Just
