Ina Garten’s Maple Oatmeal Scones by Gail

I couldn’t wait to tell you all about this delicious maple oatmeal scone recipe from the wonderful Ina Garten. They are sooo good. Not something you’d get away with eating for breakfast everyday, but for a treat once in a while they are perfect! There is a lot of butter in the recipe. This tends to be pretty common practice in Ina’s recipes. One of her famous quotes is “All that butter - how bad can that be?” I halved the recipe and still used 1/2 pound of butter! (...)
