Indian style Penne Pasta

You will need
200 g
penne pasta1 tablespoon oil1 onion, finely sliced8 cloves, garlic, finely crushed50 ml tomato puree75 ml boiled milk50 - 75 g grated cheese2 tablespoon chopped celery ( stem and leaf ) or coriander leaves1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste )
Method
Cook
pasta according to the instruction shown on the packet.
Heat oil in a wide pan. Fry sliced onion and garlic till golden color.
