The sourdough starter, I mean. Look at the bubbles! Less than 24 hours after I set it out, there it is, starting to bubble and ferment. This shot was taken around 3:00 this afternoon. I'm not entirely sure why the two tones of color there - one grayish, one off-white. Maybe some is the potato, some is the flour? I don't know.
