I rarely buy flavored yogurt. If I do, it’s for convenience when I’m out of the house. I used to sometimes buy strawberry-on-the bottom yogurt for lunch, for instance. Otherwise, I mix my own fruit into fat-free plain yogurt and control the sugar content using a bit of honey or agave nectar. Sometimes I add a handful of nuts or granola. It’s all very clean tasting.
