In case things have got a little meaty around here I am still working my way through a vege-box on a regular basis. At the moment we are inundated with
jerusalem artichokes , it’s hard to get through them delicious a like a nutty potato with a hint of celery.
The worst things about them is they tend to go grey-brown on slicing, putting them in a little lemon juice water prevents this to a certain extent, but it still seems to come out on cooking
